Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated PART TIME Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CA) to join our dental practice in <LOCATION>. The successful candidate will support our team by assisting with patient treatments, managing clinical operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records using dental software such as Trackers
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during appointments
- Maintain clinical supplies and inventory levels
- Support front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information
Experience
- Valid certification as a CDA or CA with current licensure in <LOCATION>
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Familiarity with dental assisting procedures, including CAD imaging technology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
