Key responsibilities:
- Hands-on full cycle accounting responsibilities (including journal entries, accounting memos, costing analysis, cash flow analysis, month-end and year-end accounting report preparation) in a timely manner
- Prepare and calculate payroll to ensure benefits and other information are accurate and updated
- Prepare financial budget and capital budget and monitor its implementation on time
- Respond to internal and external account payables and account receivables to ensure timely financial settlement
- Assist in the preparation, review and filing of GST returns, corporate income tax and other tax compliance.
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Experience & qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related
- Work experience in related position is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive team spirit and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
