Retired/Semi-Retired Handyman Part-Time / (Casual) – Edmonton Area
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
AEGAN Property Management Inc. / One Stop Home Services is a licensed residential plumbing company serving Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our work is focused entirely on residential homes, and we are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Retired Handyman to support our residential maintenance and repair projects.
Retired tradespeople, maintenance workers, and experienced handymen are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Drywall repairs and patching
Interior painting and touch-up work
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Minor carpentry and repair work
Installing shelves, curtain rods, and wall-mounted items
Furniture assembly and installation
Caulking and sealing around windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms
General home maintenance and repair tasks
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Providing professional and friendly customer service
Requirements
Previous handyman, maintenance, renovation, or construction experience
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Reliable transportation is preferred, as work locations vary throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as required
