Overview:
Potvin Rentals, a prominent establishment since 1980, proudly manages a diverse portfolio of over 200 rental units across Rockland. Our Maintenance Workers are a jack of all trades supporting the needs of our tenants and rental units.
Primary Responsibilities:
· General maintenance: Cut grass, trim trees, ensure exterior of properties are maintained and clean.
· Parking Lot Runs – Tour property parking lots and pick up garbage and ensure they are clean.
· Prepare apartments for new tenants when vacated. Deep clean all rooms and appliances. Perform mini repairs, patch holes, paint
· Maintain appliances – Change flush valves in toilets, change kitchen taps, change light bubs
· Snow removal in the winter
· Focus on organizing repairs, ensuring job quality, and handling emergency calls.
· Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify defects and ensure compliance with building codes.
Qualifications:
- General labour and maintenance experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills to provide customer service to tenants.
- Time management and ability to prioritize service orders
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Rockland, ON K4K 1G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
