Purpose:
Provides support for the daily operations of the Information, Privacy and Copyright Support Office in organizing, reviewing and preparing records related to access to information, privacy, and records management requests.
Education:
High School Diploma with some post-secondary education.
Experience:
At least six (6) months related experience in an office environment or library setting.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding records related to Access to Information requests. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent proof reading and organizational skills. Ability to redact records. Ability to quickly learn and apply new information. Able to work independently. Reliable and punctual.
