The Role
Enerpro Systems Corp. is looking for an extremely organized, full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The focus of this position is to maintain the managed metering accounts. The primary functions include account administration, data entry, customer service, and recording payments received.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, close, and maintain meter accounts, including bank information for accounts paying by pre- authorized payments (PAP)
- Obtain and import meter readings into database and send invoices to account holders and/or property managers
- Process account holder payments into database, including cheques and pre-authorized payments
- Check for overdue accounts and follow up directly with account holders and property managers as required
- Responding to account holder calls and emails.
- Prepare monthly invoices and enter into Sage Accounting software and database at month end.
Key Requirements
- Experience using MS-Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word). Experience with Sage Accounting a benefit.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Basic Bookkeeping experience is a benefit
