## Join Calgary's Premier Christmas Lighting Team
Looking for an unforgettable seasonal job that gets you outside, keeps you active, and lets you earn great money before ski season?
We're hiring **Crew Leaders** and **Installers/Helpers** to join our Christmas lighting crews from **September 21 through December 13**.
This isn't a job where you'll be sitting behind a desk. You'll spend your days working outdoors, climbing ladders and trees, installing beautiful holiday displays on homes and commercial properties across Calgary, and working alongside an awesome team.
# What You'll Be Doing
* Installing and removing professional Christmas light displays
* Working safely on trees, ladders, roofs, and elevated areas
* Handling ropes, harnesses, and fall protection equipment
* Loading and unloading materials
* Delivering exceptional attention to detail for every installation
* Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
# We're Looking For People Who:
* Are comfortable working at heights
* Enjoy working outdoors—even when it's cold
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Are physically fit and able to work long, active days
* Show up on time with a positive attitude
* Take pride in doing quality work
* Work well with a team and communicate effectively
# Certifications
* Fall Protection course - required - can easily do online
* First Aid - an asset
* MEWP - Mobile Elevated Work Platform - an asset for operating the boom
* Modern Tree Climbing Systems - an asset
** We are willing to reimburse the proper candidates for all course registration fees once they have worked for the entire season ending mid December **
# Experience That Is a Huge Asset
* Working at heights
* Rope access
* Fall protection and harness use
* Rock climbing
* Mountaineering
* Tree work or arborist experience
* Roofing
* Construction
* Skiing or snowboarding
* Outdoor guiding
* lift operation
Don't have Christmas lighting experience? No problem—we provide training. We care more about attitude, work ethic, and your ability to learn.
# Crew Leaders
Crew leaders should have:
* Experience leading small teams
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Confidence working safely at heights
* The ability to solve problems on site
* A valid driver's licence
