Vehicle Delivery Specialist / Customer Experience Specialist
Volvo Cars Mississauga is a privately owned dealership that has been owned and operated by the McMillan family since becoming a Volvo Franchise Dealer in 1957. We pride ourselves on a friendly, community-driven business environment with longstanding Volvo for Life team members.
Volvo Cars Mission Statement: From the very outset, Volvo Cars has been a brand for people who care about the world we live in and the people around us. We have made it our mission to make life easier, better, and safer for everyone.
Volvo Cars Mississauga is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Delivery Specialist / Customer Experience Specialist to take ownership of the customer delivery experience for new, used, and Certified Pre-Owned Volvo vehicles.
This is a customer experience role built around one of the most important moments in the ownership journey: the day the customer takes delivery of their vehicle. After the salesperson completes the sale and the finance specialist completes the paperwork process, the Delivery Specialist becomes responsible for ensuring the customer’s vehicle, delivery appointment, technology setup, feature demonstration, and service introduction are completed professionally and consistently.
The goal of this role is to provide every customer with a premium, organized, and memorable Volvo delivery experience while allowing our sales consultants and finance managers to remain focused on selling vehicles and completing transactions.
This position is also an excellent pathway into a long-term automotive career. The Delivery Specialist will gain hands-on experience with vehicle presentation, customer communication, Volvo product knowledge, sales process flow, finance paperwork coordination, customer satisfaction standards, dealership operations, and post-sale customer care. For the right person, this role can become a stepping stone toward a future full-time position as an Automotive Sales Consultant or Finance Specialist.
