Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef with a great professional and personable attitude. The ideal candidate would have a passion for the hospitality industry and be excited with the opportunity to further their career.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and execute the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Execute existing menus while planning, costing, and creating new menus
  • Provide a hands on approach to leadership of the kitchen team
  • Oversee ordering of all food and beverage for the kitchen
  • Must work as a member of the team and carry mutual respect for all staff, vendors and contracts
  • Standardize all recipes and ensure consistent quality
  • Devise and cost specials

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience as a sous chef
  • Culinary Education preferred but not necessary
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and open kitchen
  • Professional Attitude and Appearance
