Waldo's 420 is looking for a friendly, reliable Budtender to join our team! If you're passionate about cannabis, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and accessories.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Verify customer ID and follow all AGLC and company policies.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Stay informed on new products, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- SellSafe Cannabis certificate.
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about cannabis, products, and culture.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Positive, reliable, and professional team player.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
- Confident handling cash and processing transactions.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Open to work at either of our two Medicine Hat locations.
Job Type: Part-time
