If so, Replay Destinations is seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join its Vancouver, B.C. team on a full-time, permanent basis. This multi-dimensional role reports to and supports the Chief Strategy Officer and is central to both corporate brand management, business development, and real estate project marketing across Replay's development portfolio of luxury destination resort communities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with four years or more years of experience in real estate development marketing and corporate communications, possessing strong writing skills, creative capabilities, and demonstrated expertise in project positioning and marketing.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Marketing and Communications
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the following corporate marketing and communications functions:
· Champion and steward the Replay Destinations brand identity, including the company’s mission, vision, values, and brand standards across all internal and external communications.
· Lead and manage Replay’s corporate public relations and communication distribution requirements, ensuring consistent tone of voice and alignment with corporate growth objectives.
· Own and manage the Replay corporate website, including creating and gathering dynamic, relevant content on an ongoing basis.
· Develop and manage Replay’s social media plan and presence across all relevant platforms.
· Author all internal corporate and staff communications on behalf of executive leadership, strategizing messaging and managing distribution with brand tonality that supports company culture.
· Develop and manage Replay’s corporate database for ongoing communication with our customers.
· Manage external consultants who support Replay’s corporate marketing and communications functions.
· Develop and produce all marketing and communication tools required to represent and advance the Replay brand.
· Author and produce internal sales and marketing reviews and reports.
· Build and maintain current knowledge related to real estate products, key markets, trends, and marketing practices.
· Engage actively in a collaborative company culture, strengthening employee relationships through consistent and thoughtful communication.
· Support other teams cross-functionally as required, including occasional administrative support for the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior team members.
Real Estate Project Marketing
This role is integral to supporting Replay’s sales and marketing during the conceptualization, launch, and sellout of new developments. Key responsibilities include:
· Support the Chief Strategy Officer in establishing and communicating the vision, market positioning, brand, and story for large-scale master-planned resort communities, including market research, facilitating envisioning sessions, and preparing materials that communicate that positioning to a variety of stakeholders.
· Manage the start-up, transition, monitoring, quality control, and reporting of project marketing, strategy, and budget until permanent project teams are established.
· Engage and manage key external consultants and creative agencies related to project start-up, market research, creative direction, public relations, and other key marketing initiatives, including budget and timeline management.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to write and package marketing and public relations strategies and budgets for new projects.
· Create and produce internal and external presentations for specific projects during due diligence, financing, and community relations phases.
· Transition project marketing responsibility to the project team and continue to provide support as required.
· Provide regular internal and external investor reporting of the project marketing performance and support the Chief Strategy Officer in any marketing and project positioning review and adjustments.
Business Development
This role also supports Replay’s business development and acquisitions initiatives, with responsibilities including:
· Create internal and external due diligence, financing, and community relations presentations with clear, compelling written and visual materials, in support of business development initiatives, including providing editorial oversight for presentations developed by the Analyst team.
· Research competitive sets and market trends to support project conceptualization.
· Author and produce requests for proposals (RFPs), letters, and speaking notes on behalf of senior leadership, packaging business development materials that communicate Replay’s expertise and vision to secure new pipeline opportunities.
Required Experience and Skills
· Degree in marketing or real estate, or equivalent, relevant experience within real estate development, marketing and communications.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, within the destination real estate development industry, strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated experience supporting the positioning, branding, and launch of destination resort, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use real estate development projects.
· Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level presentations, investor materials, proposals, and stakeholder communications.
· Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while coordinating with executive leadership, external consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
· Demonstrated experience managing external marketing agencies, creative consultants, and project marketing budgets. Demonstrated expertise as a strong storyteller with excellent written communication skills across a range of formats, including corporate communications, marketing copywriting, presentations, and investor reporting.
· Proven ability to develop, articulate and execute comprehensive real estate development marketing programs, from strategy development through to supporting full execution.
· Current, hands-on experience with digital marketing, including website management, CRM platforms, email marketing, paid and organic media, analytics, and content management systems.
· Exceptional written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare executive correspondence, marketing copy, public relations materials, and investor-facing communications.
· Experience establishing, managing and reporting on project marketing budgets.
· Demonstrated experience managing external creative consultants, agencies, and vendors.
· Experience in administrative support is considered a plus.
· Skills in the following applications considered essential: Propertybase CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, WordPress, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, Instagram and LinkedIn.
· Skills in the following applications are not essential but preferred: Egnyte, Paychex Flex Engage, Asana, Melon, Ziflow, and Google Ads.
Position Details
This position is full-time, based in Vancouver, B.C. Canada, and requires the successful candidate to work on-site at Replay Destinations’ Vancouver headquarters. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required in support of project and business development activities.
Compensation for this position ranges from $71,000 to $87,360 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
