We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or electronic systems
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in sales or cashiering preferred
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of technology products for potential technical sales
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
