We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all service department customer inquires. It is expected that all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive service inquires
- Schedule equipment repairs
- Process work orders
- Convey work progress to customer
- Work effectively to diffuse possible conflicts
- Work closely with service manager
- Other duties as required
