Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Adhere to all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Good understanding of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
