Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outside sales, prospecting, and leveraging your existing network
- Engage in retail sales activities to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Deliver personalized customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct telemarketing and outreach campaigns to drive lead generation
- Analyze client information to assess risk and determine suitable coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms with clients and insurers to secure competitive agreements
- Support sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and record management
- Implement marketing strategies to expand brand awareness and grow your client base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within insurance or related industries
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and close sales
- Arabic language proficiency preferred but not required.
- Customer‑focused mindset with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team as needed
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and marketing techniques is an asset
- Valid Registered Insurance Broker license or ability to obtain one prior to onboarding
- Must be comfortable working in a commission‑only structure and able to leverage your own network to drive sales success.

Pay: $34,400.00-$117,534.47 per year
