We are seeking a professional and personable Skincare Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. This role begins leaning more heavily on administration and inventory.
lot's of room to grow into offering personalized skincare consultations, performing various treatments with RF, microneedling and chemical peels, and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. A background in beauty services combined with excellent communication skills will ensure success in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in and outbound skincare deliveries
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Perform a variety of skincare services including medical grade facials, RF and micro needling
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments through product demos and advice
- Assist with front desk duties such as guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and answering client inquiries
- Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
