We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Business/Functional Analyst to support a long-term enterprise enhancement initiative. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with extensive PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise, strong business analysis skills, and experience working in complex organizational environments.
This is a primarily remote engagement with occasional on-site participation required during key project phases.
Key Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
● Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and integration functional specifications Etc.
● Support enhancements, integrations and optimizations of PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
● Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
Required Qualifications
● 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst experience.
● Strong business analysis experience.
● Experience working within higher education or public sector
Functional Module Experience
Candidates must have experience with at least three PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
