Join our dynamic team as a full-time Work From Home Sales Representative! In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will leverage your sales expertise to engage with customers, understand their lawn care needs, and recommend the services that meet their needs, all from the comfort of your home. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with customers will be key to your success.
Paid training will be provided. This is a commission-based position. Based on sales performance, representatives typically earn approximately $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative (Virtual Sales Agent) will work under the direct supervision of the Virtual Sales Management Team.
The representative will contact customers within our franchised territories across Canada to understand their needs and offer them the appropriate services.
We provide comprehensive online training and ongoing one-on-one support.
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from the end of January to the end of June, and as needed.
All calling hours are based on Eastern Time (ET), as we call customers across Canada.
Contact prospective customers to sell them various services that meet their needs (leads are provided — NO COLD CALLING is required).
Call existing customers to renew or upgrade their services (automatic dialing).
Meet established daily sales targets.
Enter orders into our database.
Requirements:
- Must have a high-speed DSL Internet connection or higher and a computer with Windows 10 or a newer operating system (Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible), as well as a webcam for daily meetings.
- Cell phone with a Canadian number to connect to the dialer as an audio path only. This does not use your personal minutes or data, does not display your personal phone number to customers, and does not incur any charges.
- Previous experience in a similar inbound/outbound sales position is considered an asset.
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
