Responsible to work through all aspects of the sales process to meet established sales quota as specified in the business plan, execute sales strategies and promote product offerings while providing an exceptional sales experience.

  • Sell and close in accordance with company policies, programs and incentives
  • Service the sale—maintain communications and follow up with buyers, brokers, etc. throughout the entire sales process
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
  • Thorough knowledge of product offerings, sites, and the community
  • Participate in Community promotions and marketing programs
  • Track, monitor and report external realtor activity, growth and development of relations with broker community
  • Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sale in accordance with Sales Policies
  • Track and monitor all deposits
  • Participate in the preparation and monthly reporting of sales and closings, traffic reports, registrations, buyer profiles, competition analysis reports and lost prospect reporting, fully utilizing the in-house tracking system
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to review community status and strategies.
  • Exhibit highest degree of professionalism and exceptional Customer Service


  • Must be licensed to sell Real Estate in Ontario
  • Must have pre-construction New Home/Condominium Sales experience
  • Weekend work is mandatory
