Responsibilities
' Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, and assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
- Qualifications
' Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and POS systems.
- Experience with restaurant management software is preferred.
