What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities located in downtown Toronto is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their branch. You will provide administrative support to 2 Investment Advisor teams by ensuring all documentation or requests are done with a high attention to detail. The successful candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office and have administrative experience.
What will you do?
Prepare account opening documentation for the IA teams and follow up on documentation with clients or back office as required
Execute on client requests and transactions as necessary and prepare client review materials, correspondence and reports
Coordinate marketing initiatives, using digital and print and organize client event logistics, catering, managing guest lists, etc.
Provide high level concierge service to clients to ensure client experience is first-class
Utilize contact management system for daily task management
Maintain expense records and spreadsheets, filing and general administration
Coordinate couriers and mailings for clients or prospects
Ad-hoc administration projects as needed
What do you need to succeed?

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Exceptional organizational skills
Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH), in progress or willingness to complete for IIROC licensing
