Intermediate Carpenter-General Labourer

We are seeking someone with residential construction experience who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to join our team.

The Carpenter-General Labourer will support the Site Supervisor and Project Manager in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to follow directions, pay close attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities include rough and finished carpentry, drywall, flooring, door and window installation, site clean-up, tool maintenance, and other site-specific tasks as required. A professional attitude is essential.
WHMIS, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest Protection, and other relevant training are assets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years residential construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project tasks
- Assist in concrete forming, rebar installation to support foundational structures
- Support restoration projects by performing demolition, surface preparation, and finishing work
- Familiarity and safe use of power tools and equipment such as power drills, saws, grinders
- Ability to complete tasks independently and on schedule
- Physically able to perform the required duties
- Follow health and safety policies and ensure a clean site is maintained
- Must have steel-toed safety boots and hard hat

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
