Availability
- Applicant to be able to fill weekday shifts ~ 2pm-8:30 pm
- Applicant expected have weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Indian street food items with attention to authenticity and quality.
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain efficient service flow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and cultural appreciation is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
