Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Welder to join our manufacturing team in Rathwell, MB. This is a hands-on, production-focused role in a fast-paced shop environment.
Please note: This position requires prior welding experience. We are not able to provide welding training for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production welding and fabrication of metal components
- Cut, grind, and prepare metal as required
- Meet or exceed daily production quotas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on welding experience in a production or fabrication environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-based setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physically capable of lifting and handling metal materials
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop
- Familiarity with production-based welding targets
- Ability to read basic drawings or shop instructions
Eligibility & Location Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of hire
- No sponsorship available
- This is an in-person role based in Rathwell, MB
- Preference will be given to candidates currently located in or near Rathwell, MB
