The Manager, eCommerce Field Operations will build and lead a National Field Team of Retail Execution Managers who will provide expertise, training and support in the areas of store process, corporate program support and established best practices. The Manager, will work cross functionally with Dealers, District Sales Managers and Internal Cross Functional Teams to identify, create and prioritize in-store process best practices i.e. Click & Collect, In-store pick up and Ship to Home along with General Store Operations to improve efficiencies and productivity in order to help drive sales and create a positive customer experience across our network of stores.
What you’ll do
Build/Manage a team of retail subject matter experts focused on supporting the design and implementation of store processes across the country
Build and enhance processes to ensure standardization, currency of information and knowledge management across divisions
Work collaboratively with Regional Vice Presidents and District Sales Managers to establish priorities, action plans and deliver results
Maintains and encourages open lines of communication between groups/functional areas/team members via positive relationship management
Act as the ambassador for operational processes, on all appropriate committees and new programs as required
Ensuring corporate alignment and corporate impact is understood and considered with all decisions
Respond to and resolve escalated issues
Support Regional GM and Dealer meetings with content, messages, and presentations related to store operations.

What you bring
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience
University or College degree, preferably in Business
Experience in building process and/or policy from the ground up (Corporate or retail)
Strong knowledge in Ecommerce and logistics processes
Strong ability to manage and develop a field team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization at various levels, and confidence representing the team in various forums/committees
Understanding of modules/POGs, Floor Plans, Merchandising and Seasonal Changeover
Strong business writing, presentation and facilitation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to focus on the customer while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups
Commitment to achieving results through high personal motivation and strong sense of urgency
Proven ability to strive for continuous improvement through constantly challenging the status quo
Knowledge and experience with AS400 Reporting
Fluent with MS Office products, Visio, PowerPoint and other technology
Driver’s licence/personal vehicle required
Travel across Canada is required
