Evolved Agents is hiring a full-time Client Success Manager (CSM) to help coach and support clients inside our AI Marketing Academy program.
This is not a generic customer support role. We are looking for someone who understands the world of digital marketing, agencies, coaching, consulting, client success, high-ticket sales, or online business and can help beginner agency owners launch and scale their AI Marketing Agency businesses.
–– About Evolved Agents ––
Evolved Agents is a multiple seven-figure AI marketing agency that became one of the leading companies in the real estate lead generation and AI marketing space.
We now teach others how to launch and scale their own AI marketing agency through our coaching program, AI Marketing Academy.
–– About the Role ––
As our Client Success Manager, you will work directly with our clients to help them get onboarded, implement the program and get results.
You will also work closely with our internal team and directly alongside Sam Everett, Founder of Evolved Agents.
–– Compensation ––
This role includes:
- $60,000+ base salary, depending on experience
- Regular performance reviews with the ability to increase salary
- Commissions based on client retention and renewals
- Six-figure-plus earning potential once ramped up
–– Responsibilities ––
You will be responsible for:
- Onboarding clients
- Coaching clients through the program
- Holding clients accountable for taking action
- Back-end-sales in the form of rention and renewals
- Collaborating with our internal team to improve the client experience

- Organized, reliable, and responsible
- Comfortable coaching and guiding clients
- Experienced in or highly familiar with agencies, digital marketing, coaching, consulting, high-ticket sales, or online business
- Excited by the idea of helping beginner agency owners launch and grow
- Available full-time during North American business hours, especially Mountain Time

You must have relevant experience and strong acumen in the following:
- Digital marketing
