We’re looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Whether you’re newly licensed, experienced, or currently studying for your real estate licensing exam, we provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct showings and open houses
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Market listings across multiple platforms
- Guide clients on pricing and market conditions
- Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with inspectors, lawyers, lenders, and other professionals
Requirements
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Sales, marketing, or administrative experience is an asset
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
