Red House is seeking an energetic & passionate individual with great teamwork skills to add to our culinary team!

Red House is an Uptown bistro by award-winning Chef Dan McCowan that opened up April 2013. For those who don't know about us, the focus at Red House is to be forward thinking, and passionately crafting everything with the best quality ingredients from our culinary program to our beer, cocktail and wine lists. We also offer a non-pretentious team-focused environment, and put our priorities in knowledge and first-class hospitality.

Potential prep cook candidates must be passionate about food, show a willingness to learn, and possess a team-first attitude. Job details include cooking from scratch stocks, soups, vinaigrettes, braising meats, etc. as well as washing & putting away dishes, assisting the chefs with cleaning, putting away orders, portioning and other food prep, as well as plating desserts. You will be working with a great team of experienced chefs, and we strive to make everything in-house. There is great opportunity to learn and there’s room to move up.
