We are seeking an experienced Siebel Architect with a strong software development background to lead technical strategy and design. The ideal candidate will architect, design, and oversee end-to-end implementation and performance tuning of complex Siebel CRM environments. Experience: 5–7 years in Siebel architecture and software development Responsibilities Drive database migration initiatives, preferably with hands-on experience migrating from IBM DB2 to Oracle Database. Serve as the primary Application Optimizer, analyzing architecture bottlenecks, SQL execution, and system memory to maximize uptime and performance. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Siebel technical solutions using Open UI, Workflows, EAI, and eScript. Lead technical strategy and design for complex Siebel CRM environments. Architect, design, and oversee end-to-end implementation and performance tuning of Siebel CRM environments. Required Skills Proficiency in Siebel CRM architecture and design. Strong experience with database migration, specifically from IBM DB2 to Oracle Database. Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Desired Skills Familiarity with Open UI, Workflows, EAI, and eScript. Experience in analyzing SQL execution and system memory for performance improvements. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
