What You’ll Do:
- Handle personal injury files from intake to resolution (tort and accident benefits).
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare for mediations, discoveries, and trials.
- Organize and manage files using legal software.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law.
- Solid understanding of accident benefits and the SABS regime.
- Experience with Primafact is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- LAT application experience.
- Familiarity with Ontario court procedures and deadlines.
