This role involves a combination of painting, maintenance, cleaning, and moving tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. - Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting using various techniques such as construction painting, industrial painting, and restoration projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for carpentry, rigging, caulking, and other maintenance tasks.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming prior to painting or repairs.
- Conduct general handyman services including minor repairs, fixture installations, and maintenance work.
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment safely within client premises or between locations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project status and addressing any concerns professionally. Experience
- Prior experience in construction, restoration, or related trades is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Experience with carpentry, caulking, rigging, or industrial painting will be considered a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and job requirements.
- Prior experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for client interactions. Pay: $17.81-$25.00 per hour
