Guest Service Administrator – Marketing & Client Experience

Massage Addict is 100% Canadian owned and locally operated, with 115+ clinics and 1,800+ Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Reflexologists helping over 81,000 Canadians a month manage pain, stress and anxiety.
About the role
This is a hybrid position. Your hours will be split between front-desk guest service and clinic marketing - welcoming and supporting clients, and growing our client base through local business outreach and social media.
Guest service duties
- Greet clients, answer calls, and book appointments with a warm, professional manner
- Prepare forms and documentation for new and existing clients
- Keep the reception area and treatment rooms clean, safe and welcoming
- Maintain working knowledge of all Massage Addict services
Marketing duties
- B2B outreach to nearby businesses, offices and organizations to build corporate and referral partnerships
- Create, schedule and manage social media content
- Build and run paid social media ad campaigns, and track basic results
- Support local promotions and community events
What we're looking for
- Two years in a service-oriented role
- Skills or experience in B2B marketing, outreach or sales
- Skills or experience creating and running social media content and paid ad campaigns
- Strong verbal communication, organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Supervisory experience may qualify for additional bonuses/perks
