Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits to promote ongoing skin health and wellness
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell skincare products and treatments to maximize client satisfaction and retail sales
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments and workspaces in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and managing client records to streamline operations
Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Medical Esthetician or Skin Care Specialist
- Proven experience in performing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in a hospitality-focused setting
