The Multi-dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales team is being expanded to support the significant service footprint expansion and upgrades. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing support to a variety of team members from the world of MDU sales & marketing.

Reporting to the Manager, Channel Operations, the Events Operations Coordinator - MDU will be part of a larger team of enthusiastic, results driven professionals who are dedicated to achieving success through effective relationship management and successful execution of MDU sales initiatives & priorities.

The Role

Candidate will be responsible for owning logistical processes supporting the MDU Sales teams, including scheduling of marketing activations to partner during sales events and procuring sales support materials for promotions and regular operations.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:
Ownership of MDU budget in its entirety including:
Reporting on over/under spend to relevant team managers,
Monitoring spend across several areas to secure efficiencies,
Monthly and Quarterly budget evaluations and reporting to management.
Managing existing relationships with vendors and sourcing new vendors as necessary for marketing and sales teams.
Results tracking and database maintenance as required.
Working cross-functionally with marketing partners on procuring and distributing marketing collateral.

Critical Qualifications / Competencies:
Key attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, accomplishing given tasks while taking on new ones.
Willingness to expand scope of work as required.
Strong numerical sense with ability to create and understand budgets, intermediate excel.
Adept at maintaining relationships within internal and external stakeholder groups and ability to act as key communications touchpoint between them.
Creative problem solver capable of transforming sometimes vague project requirements into actionable items and delivering finished solutions.
Ability to liaise with vendor partners daily in alignment with business needs.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
