OnCall Nursing Services is looking for a LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, including providing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a strong commitment to providing quality care.
We are looking for a full time LPN to cover full time evening line in long term care in Vancouver BC. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK:
Evening Shift - 1500-2300
Rotation is 4 on 4 off.
Start as soon as possible.
This is a full time position to work in a evening rotation.
This contract is available for 1-2 months with the potential to extend.
There is no accommodation or travel covered for this position, you must be able to commute to the site, located in Vancouver BC.

The rate for this position is $40-$42 per hour.
Must have a BCCNM License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and education.
- Assess patient health conditions and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Required to be Charge Nurse and oversee a team of HCAs & LPNs.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license with BCCNM.
Must have valid CPR certificate.
Must have up to date immunizations and COVID immunization x2.
