We are seeking experienced and reliable Roofers to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial, industrial, and residential roofing systems. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and experienced working at heights in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including flat and sloped roofs.
- Install shingles, metal roofing, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other roofing materials.
- Measure roof areas and cut roofing materials to specifications.
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces.
- Install insulation, flashing, vents, skylights, and waterproofing systems.
- Seal roof penetrations and ensure roofs are weatherproof.
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations, including fall protection requirements.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting roofing materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of roofing experience.
- Experience with commercial and/or residential roofing systems.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read tape measures and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
