Position Title: Labourer / Class One (1) / Class Three (3) Operator
Role Type: Permanent Position (FIFO and Camp Provided)
Location: IOL Kearl, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off; 12-hour day shifts

Perform recycling duties (including but not limited to: cardboard sorting and bailing, paper/bottles/cans sorting).
Operate skidsteer and forklift.
Inspect bins, report on condition and functionality or defects.
Operate roll-off and flat deck truck w/Moffet as required on and off-site.
Conduct precise Commercial Vehicle Inspections and equipment pre-trip inspections - documenting and reporting any deficiencies immediately to the immediate supervisor.
Communicate with supervisor concerning any delays, unsafe work sites, incidents, equipment breakdowns and/or other maintenance or operational concerns as required.
Other duties as assigned that would fulfill the mandate of complete customer service.
Valid Class One (1) license or Valid Class Three license with Airbrake endorsement is required.
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial driving experience is required.
Must be eligible to acquire access to all Acden client sites as required by the position.
Drivers abstract in good standing.
Have experience with manual transmissions.
Ability to obtain clearance on drug, alcohol, hearing, and physical abilities pre-employment testing is required; this role is designated as safety sensitive.
Successfully completing a driver’s evaluation on a Class Three (3) vehicle is required.
Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or equivalent (or ability to obtain pre-hire) is required.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) experience is an asset.
Site experience is considered an asset.
Load Securement experience in accordance with Alberta Load Securement practices is a strong asset to the position.
