Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

$22 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
Dente Mechanical, a growing plumbing and heating company, is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify technician paperwork to ensure reports are complete and submitted accurately
- Prepare, type, edit, and proofread letters, invoices, reports, and estimates
- Maintain organized job files, documentation, and task lists
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the owner’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Order materials, parts, and equipment for jobs
- Communicate with vendors and request quotes
- Track jobs, supplies, and equipment
- Update pricing and maintain accurate system records
- Apply for and manage permits, licences, and test reports
- Provide administrative support to the bookkeeper
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Strong ability to work independently and solve problems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with technicians and team members
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Experience in a small business environment
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or construction
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
