As Pharmacy Manager, you will build on a strong existing foundation to deliver excellence in patient care and customer services by:
- Managing the overall operations of the pharmacy, proactively working to enhance the success and growth of the business.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the pharmacy team.
- Providing patient-focused care, including clinical services, counselling and professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products, and administering injections and immunizations.
- Effectively managing communication, planning, organizing, implementation, and execution within the pharmacy.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with health care professionals in the community to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Licensed and able to practice as a pharmacist in Alberta, or currently licensed in another Canadian jurisdiction and willing to complete the requirements for registration in Alberta.
- In good standing with the College of Pharmacists in your current province of residence.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing a pharmacy team.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Experience with the Kroll pharmacy system would be an asset.
