High-performing Sales Consultant Wanted
417RV is looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We're looking for someone who has a track record of building customer relationships, and consistently outperforming your personal best. The right candidate may come from automotive, powersports, real estate, heavy equipment, finance, home improvement, or another commission-based sales environment.
If you're the type of person who enjoys winning, hates leaving deals on the table, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right RV for their family's travel and lifestyle goals
- Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up process
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations
- Guide customers through financing, trade evaluations, and purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records and customer communications
- Work closely with finance, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a sales role with measurable results
- Bilingual, French & English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- OMVIC licensed or willing to become licensed
- RV or automotive experience is an asset but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 base salary plus commission
- Uncapped earning potential
