**Job Description:**
As a Service Advisor at Raceway Chrysler, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:**
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, including cost estimates and timelines.
- **Service Coordination:**
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs with our skilled technicians.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any additional concerns.
- **Sales and Upselling:**
- Upsell additional services, parts, and accessories as appropriate to meet customer needs.
- Promote special offers and service packages to enhance customer value.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Process service orders and invoices accurately and efficiently using our dealership management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
- **Customer Satisfaction:**
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service experience.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisory role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and dealership management systems.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
