Tooth Pals Pediatric Dentistry is growing AGAIN! We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.
About us: Tooth Pals is Airdrie’s first pediatric dental specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in Airdrie and the surrounding areas. Our team is committed to creating a positive and comfortable dental experience for young patients while ensuring their oral health care needs are taken care of.
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality dental care to children and ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in our practice.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist our pediatric dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Educate young patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Take dental X-rays as directed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Ensure a clean and organized dental workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant license in Alberta.
- BLS Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-4:00pm (some exceptions will be discussed on interview) We are looking to hire permanent 4 days a week with some 5 day weeks and possible Saturday in the future.
Pediatric experience is NOT required. We are willing to train!
