Your Role & Responsibilities
As a 3rd year apprentice, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our shop's reputation for quality. You will:
Support Vehicle Inspections:
Perform test drives with customers to confirm issues and assist in preparing detailed digital inspections including photos, videos, and reports.
Ensure Quality Control:
Collaborate with service advisors and senior technicians to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
Communicate Effectively:
Explain repair details to team members and customers, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
Maintain Excellence:
Keep your work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
What We’re Looking For
Apprenticeship Level:
Currently registered as a 310S Apprentice, ideally in your 3rd year.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with automotive systems for both domestic and import brands.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism:
A strong work ethic, professional appearance, and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
