Earth Child Montessori School Ltd. (hereafter known as the school), well established in Richmond, BC in 2001, is a full-day early learning Montessori program designed for infants and children up to 12 years old. The school is a government-licensed and approved group Montessori daycare centre. In the past 20 years, the school has been expanding continually.
Our campus, which is located at 7780 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, has a capacity of 125 children ranging from ages 0-5 and for after school 25 children ranging from ages 5-12.
For providing better education for children, we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill in the new position as an elementary school teacher:
Main duties:
· Develop and implement learning programs to meet the physical, cognitive, cultural, emotional, and social development of children
· Provide a nurturing, safe, stable, and enjoyable environment for our children
· Enable children to have fun all day, regardless of whether they are playing or learning
· Lead activities of children for learning, playing, skills developing, team working
· Encourage children, parents, and staff to develop long-lasting friendships with one another
· Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports
· Encourage and support each child
· Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding their children’s development and learning progress.
Employment Requirement：
· BC elementary teaching certificate/qualification
· 2 years work experiences
· Completion of Criminal Record Check
· First Aid certificate
· Speech and drama acting skills are assets
