We are hiring roofing professionals to complete spray-applied roof coating installations on residential homes.

NO CARRYING SHINGLES
NO TEAR-OFF's
If you have roofing experience, are comfortable working at height, and already own the required safety equipment (preferred), this is a straightforward, efficient install role with consistent work available.
Responsibilities
Apply non-toxic spray-applied roof coating to asphalt shingle roofs
Set up and follow all fall protection and safety procedures
Safely access roofs using ladders and existing safety systems
Perform basic pre-application roof checks
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Follow application guidelines and installation standards
Requirements
Roofing experience MUST (asphalt shingles required)
NICE TO HAVE
Your own ladders and basic roofing tools (nailer & compressor are helpful but not necessary).
Fall protection equipment (harness, rope, anchors, etc.)
Workers’ Compensation coverage
General Liability Insurance
Comfortable working on pitched roofs
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently or with a small crew
