Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Accounts Receivable reconciliation and maintenance including monthly progress billing
- Accounts Payable reconciliation and maintenance including monthly vendor payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing and maintaining all Payroll records, processing bi-weekly direct deposits, maintaining Group Benefits, Records of Employment and yearly T4's
- Preparation of quarterly reporting for Bank, GST and PST
- Assist in year end preparation, collaborate with outside accounting team as required
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, including office experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook), previous accounting courses would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
