About the Opportunity
Blüm Academy is currently inviting a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will thoughtfully guide young learners through developmentally appropriate experiences, supporting their growth through observation, inquiry, and intentional teaching practices. You will help cultivate a classroom environment that is calm, respectful, and engaging — where independence and curiosity are encouraged each day.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification
- Valid Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within 8 weeks)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (AHS-approved provider)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
