We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk / Patient Coordinator t to join our high-end medical aesthetics clinic. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone polished, organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering a luxury experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with professionalism and warmth, and understands the importance of discretion, presentation, and elevated service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional first impression for every client
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient flow
- Support executive/clinic leadership with administrative tasks
- Maintain a polished, welcoming clinic environment
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with social media coordination, events, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, wellness, or executive support

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
- Advanced computer skills – ability to use AI, excel, word, electronic health records
