Overview
Deliver fast, high-quality, and safe auto body repairs that meet or exceed OEM factory standards, ensuring flawless fit and finish on every vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural, frame, and body repairs, panel alignments, and welding to factory specs.
- Prepare vehicles "ready for paint" and complete post-paint re-assembly and final alignments.
- Review work orders, manage assigned parts, and report hidden damages to estimators promptly.
- Protect customer vehicles during repairs using covers, blankets, and masking.
- Apply undercoatings, seam sealers, and lubricants as detailed in estimates.
- Perform strict quality control checks to maintain shop standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Red Seal / Journeyperson preferred (qualified apprentices welcome).
- Experience: 1–2+ years of automotive repair and auto body experience preferred.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Skills: Strong physical stamina, high attention to detail, and a team-player mindset.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts | Monday to Friday (Weekend availability)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
