Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the relevant licensing authority
- Hospital experience or acute care experience is highly desirable
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
